Beinn Alligin, Beinn Eighe and Liathach.

This course could include any or all of these, the three most popular Munros in Glen Torridon. There is a progression from a relatively straightforward ascent of Beinn Alligin with the possibility of some easy scrambling; through to a longer traverse of Beinn Eighe with our final day climaxing with Liathach, one of the most demanding ridges on the mainland.

Prior experience and fitness

Some hill walking experience is essential, preferably with some Munros. You will need to be fit enough in mind and body to cope with strenuous walking over three consecutive days, some of which might be in excess of seven hours.

"Day one, Gerry was very imformative, patient and good company, We completed what we set out to do in poor conditions which at one point made it appear that it might not be on. Interesting day with a good companion."
